Healing Inner Stories Through Psychodrama
An in-person training with Bill Woodburn, LMFT
May 2-3, 2025. 9AM-5PM. Held in the Living Center at Healing Reins.
14.5 CE Credits Available (NBCC)
Learn how to harness the transformative power of psychodrama to help individuals heal, grow, and thrive.
Rewrite the story
Help clients uncover their inner stories, creating empowering new narratives. Psychodrama provides a safe and dynamic way to explore emotions, relationships, and personal challenges through role-playing and dramatization. By acting out situations or events, individuals can gain insight into their thoughts and feelings, develop new perspectives, and practice healthier behaviors. This process helps to uncover and rewrite inner stories—deep-seated narratives about oneself and life—allowing participants to heal from past wounds, challenge limiting beliefs, and create empowering new narratives. It fosters emotional release, enhances self-awareness, and improves problem-solving and interpersonal skills, making it a powerful tool for personal growth and healing.
